It seems like overnight we have found ourselves living in a vastly different landscape. The routines that give order to our days are no longer available to us. The need to avoid close contact with other people is very difficult as we are by nature social beings. All of this is having a definite impact on the state of our mental health. Fortunately, there are resources available that provide useful tips and strategies for coping.

Maintaining contact with family, friends and members of our community is very important during times of stress. Fortunately, with access to social media, cell phones and other messaging tools, we can still stay in touch despite the need for physical distance.
